General Information
How does it work?
Once you have submitted a Service Request, a member of our team will be in touch to assess your request. After we've determined the general scope of work required for your timepiece, we will provide shipping details for how to send the watch to our North American headquarters.
An email notification will be sent to you once the watch is received at our facility.
For servicing and repairs that are not covered by warranty, a cost estimate* will be provided to the customer upon inspection of the watch. The customer will have to fill out a credit card authorization form with his/her signature for payment authorization.
Once all maintenence is complete and your watch has been prepared to ship back to you, we will send out an email notification with the tracking number for your returning shipment. Watches are returned via registered mail with tracking number and customer signature is required upon receiving the parcel.
*Please note that applicable taxes will be charged on all parts, servicing and repairs.
How long does it take?
Standard service takes approximately 8-12 weeks to complete, although this timeline may be extended if additional services are being done to the watch and/or depending on parts availability. Our goal is to get your timepiece back to you as soon as possible, however watch repair is intricate work. We appreciate your patience.
