MARATHON WATCH ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Please Note: Returns can only be accepted for products purchased on marathonwatch.com
Your order has been carefully packed and inspected by our team of qualified professionals and watchmakers and we hope that you are pleased with your purchase. If you notice any discrepancies or damages with your order, please contact our Customer Service team within 72 hours of delivery at customerservice@marathonwatch.com.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please
follow the guidelines detailed below.
You may return any unworn, undamaged item, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price (minus shipping and handling fees) subject to the following terms and conditions.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
Please visit our return portal to begin the return process.
Items must be packed carefully and returned with all original packaging, box, warranty cards, user manual, gift with purchase, batteries, and any extra links and parts. Should any of these items not be included, or become damaged due to improper packing, additional charges will be applied.
All shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer, and it is strongly recommended that packages be insured with the carrier. Marathon is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
REFUND POLICY:
Upon receipt of your package, our Customer Service team will
inspect and grade the item to ensure it meets the conditions specified above. Refunds
are processed, to your original form of payment, within 30 days of receipt.

How do I start a return?
To start a return, visit our Returns Portal. Enter your order number and email address and click “Find My Order”. Our step-by-step portal will walk you through the rest.
Can I make an exchange?
We do not offer exchanges for any Marathon products. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend initiating a return for your current order and then placing a new order for your preferred item.
What if my order arrived damaged/incorrect or is missing?
For any order issues, please contact our customer service team. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
How long do I have to submit a return?
All return authorization requests must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date. Returns must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, with all tags attached, and promotional merchandise enclosed.
When can I expect my refund?
Your refund, less applicable deductions, will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after your return is received.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
What is the return policy for sale items?
Returns for sale purchases follow our standard return policy, unless listed as Final Sale.
How do returns work with Affirm?
When you get a refund for a returned purchase, Affirm refunds your money back to your original payment method.
If you have paid off all your Affirm installments, you will receive a full refund through Affirm once our warehouse receives and processes your return.
If you have partially paid off your Affirm installments and are returning your complete order, the payments you’ve made thus far will be refunded to you and the remaining pending payments will be canceled.
